This course is intended for corporations and non-profit organizations. The course is specifically designed for women as well as those who have little or no martial arts training.

Course will include the principles of avoidance as well as defending yourself in an attack. We will leave time at the end of the course for some "hands on" practice of kubaton deployment.

Each attendee will receive a free kubaton with admission.
