"These are our most popular Skull-n-Crossbones /.45 Zippo and our Colt 1911 .45 Zippo
We make each one by hand and silver-solder everything using high heat and a proprietary method.
We start with a Zippo ARMOR solid brass lighter (which has 1-1/2 times wall thickness), and silver-solder on a .45 cal cartridge case, bronze skull-n-bones, and solid brass lanyard ring. A para-cord lanyard and .45 cal round nicely finishes the work. Customer may choose a different caliber cartridge case and/or an Emerson bronze skull bead on the lanyard. Then each lighter undergoes our signature 'Wicked-Pitted' finish technique in black-to-dull bronze, but comes alive with all the colors of a fading campfire when turned slightly into the light. Each one is custom made, signed, dated and serial numbered."
PLEASE NOTE: Once you place your order, you will have to email us to specify exactly how you would like your zippo customized. Please allow 2-3 week for your lighter to be custom made.
