Custom Work
If you have an idea for a custom tool, built to your specifications, please Contact Us and let us know what you have in mind.

Before we build any custom tool we will send you computer aided design drawings to assure that what we build is what you want.

Once the design is agreed upon we will quote you a firm price for that tool so there will be no surprises at the end of the project.

Shipping
Shipping for all our items (except the custom tools) will be $3.50 for the first item and $.50 for each additional item.

Shipping custom tools might be a little more expensive because of insurance and delivery confirmation.

Shipping anywhere outside of the USA (except Russia) will be $5.50 for the first item and $.50 for each additional item. Because of the highly unreliable postal service there, shipping to Russia will be $25.00 for the first item and an additional $.50/item for every item after the first. Buyers with a Russian shipping address MUST select this shipping method or their order won't be processed.

Apart from shipping to Russia we have had very few problems with international shipping but the buyer will assume the risk on all international shipments.

Tracking on international shipments is very expensive and very unreliable so if you want tracking included on items shipped internationally there will be an extra charge. Please Contact Us for a custom shipping quote.

Warranty
We will warranty our items for life from any defects due to manufacturing. Abuse and misuse of item will NOT be covered under warranty.

Buyer is responsible for return postage of any item returned to us for warranty. We will pay postage to return item to you if it is covered under warranty.

Warranty will be based on our sole discretion.
